We prefer bookings to be made at least two weeks before sessions start to ensure that we have tutors available. However, if you wish to book us more urgently than that please do not hesitate to contact the On Track office and we will see what we can do.

What is the maximum number of students per group?

We have no maximum class size and tailor our delivery to each individual cohort. However, a significant part of the On Track experience is the opportunity it affords students to find out about university life from present and recent undergraduates. This intimacy is compromised when the group gets above fifteen students or thereabouts. Nevertheless we will work with any number of students.

What materials/ equipment do the college/ workplace need to supply?

We ask colleges/ workplaces to provide computers with internet access for at least one On Track session. Our tutors also require access to Powerpoint or an overhead projector (OHP).

Is On Track delivered at the college/ workplace?

Yes, although we are also developing a distance learning component that can be accessed remotely.

Can On Track be booked outside normal business hours?
