Evaluation and Impact
The West Forum is committed to evaluating rigorously all of its funded activities. Between June 2006 and July 2009 the On Track programme was evaluated by Ian Gillan in his previous role as West Forum Evaluator. His reports are reproduced here, with kind permission of the West Forum. Since Ian moved to his new role at On Track the programme's evaluation has been taken over by Dr. Nicole Lederle. Her reports are also reproduced below, alongside an early evaluation report by Dr. Deb Kemmer from 2004.
On Track also produced its own annual report between 2003 and 2007. A selection of these reports are reproduced below.
